Each stage is measured separately. Eligibility, the review and your provider's delivery are different things, and collapsing them into one promise is how expectations break.

Your trading is checked against the rules of your model before anything is released. The drawdown basis does not change at this point.
Paid within 24 hours
Your share is released to your payment provider. Their own delivery time sits outside this figure and is not counted in it.
