What changes when an account is activated
Passing an evaluation does not hand you the same account with a new label. Several rules tighten at that point, and the interface says so at every step.

There is a moment in every evaluation where the objectives are met, the account is verified and the stage changes. It is worth being precise about what happens next, because the most common support question we receive is a version of why does my account behave differently today.
The limits are not inherited
An evaluation stage and a funded stage are two different sets of rules that happen to run on the same login. On several models the loss limits tighten once the account is activated — the room you had while proving yourself is not the room you keep afterwards. A trader who sizes on yesterday's limits on their first funded day is trading a rule set that no longer applies to them.
Verification sits between the two
Meeting the objectives is not the same event as the account being activated. Verification happens in between, and on models with an activation payment that payment is due at this point rather than at purchase. The dashboard shows which of the two you are waiting on, so there is no need to guess.
What does not change
- The platform and the login you already use.
- The instruments available to you.
- The requirement to meet the published conditions before a reward can be requested.
The simplest way to treat activation is as a new account that happens to share your history: read the rules for the stage you are now in, once, before you place the first trade in it.
